With our monitoring software we can proactively pick up on impending work such as critical server updates and even let you know when your server or firewall is coming to the end of its warranty.
How it Works
Alerts can be delivered to nominated email addresses so that you can pick up on notifications when it suits you. You can set the priority of alerts as fits your business. Our team will receive high priority alerts through automatic generation of a helpdesk ticket.
Pro-active 24 X 7 monitoring allows our customers to keep one step ahead of any potential issues that may disrupt daily activities or reduce productivity. It also makes sure that networks and systems stay secure.
24 X 7 Monitoring Rates
24 X 7 monitoring rates are based on a per-device basis. There is also an initial set-up fee of two to three hours consultancy (£60 + VAT per hour) on-site to meet with you, discuss your set-up and alert priorities, understand your needs and agree a rollout.
- £3.80 per device per day
If additional services (such as on-site visits) are required, then these will be charged at pay as you go rates.
