Remote IT Support
A lot of IT issues can be fixed over the phone using a secure remote connection. Clearwater IT Services provides remote IT support through our ticketing system or on the telephone.
Once a support call is logged, one of our engineers will contact you to assess the situation and, if necessary, connect up to your machine and troubleshoot the issue.
Wherever possible, we will ensure that the engineer you speak to will be the one that handles your support case from start to finish. This helps us to build a rapport with your users and reduces the risk of miscommunication or having to cover old ground on subsequent calls.
Once the problem is rectified, we will explain the work that has been carried out and advise on any issues that we find that may be a cause or symptom of the fault. If you would like us to investigate underlying issues further, then this can be discussed, costed and a no obligation estimate provided for the work.
