How it Works

Users can report problems either by phone or through our helpdesk software and support will be provided using our secure remote connection software. A record of any issues encountered and the resolution provided will be provided to a nominated individual on a monthly basis.

Our engineers will share any learnings with your internal IT team so that issues can be understood and checks put in place to prevent future problems.

Outsourced Service Desk Rates

Outsourced service desk rates are charged on a per-user basis and will be invoiced at the end of each month for the number of days that the services are required. Outsourced service desk customers will benefit from 7-day payment terms.

  • £1.20 + VAT per user per day

Exclusions

Outsourced service desk services are provided on a remote support basis only and, as such, the following exclusions apply;

  • We are unable dispatch engineers to site
  • We are unable to support servers
  • We are unable to provide pro-active monitoring of systems, security and software

If additional services (such as on-site visits) are required, then these will be charged at pay as you go rates.
