Our Managed IT Services are designed so that we can act as your IT department, delivering first-class support for your users at a fraction of the cost of employing IT professionals in-house.
If you want us to handle everything in terms of your IT set-up, including remote and on-site engineer support, technical advice and pro-active 24 X 7 monitoring of your network and servers then our contracted Managed IT Service is for you.
How it Works
One of the Clearwater IT Services team will visit you on-site* to ascertain a number of key pieces of information including;
- Number of users
- Number, type and age of workstations, laptops and servers/NAS drives
- Existing network configuration
- Key business systems and any existing support available (i.e. Sage Accounting with support)
We will also discuss any existing barriers to efficient working or revenue generation and your plans for future IT infrastructure development and business growth.
From the information we gather, we will tailor a Managed IT Service package to suit your business and budget.
Once the agreement is in place, you and your users will have access to our helpdesk, on-site engineers and 24 X 7 monitoring service.
*Please note that the initial meeting should take around two to three hours and is chargeable at our standard on-site rate of £60 + VAT per hour.

Managed IT Services Rates
Managed IT Services are provided on a contracted basis and pricing is calculated based on number of factors including users, PCs and laptops, servers, firewalls and network.
Managed IT Service contracts typically run for twelve months at a time (although shorter contract periods can be discussed) and customers who take a comprehensive package benefit from 30-day payment terms.
The only exclusions from our managed It service packages are replacement hardware and software and one-off project costs. Everything else is covered.
