How Do We Charge?
Both contract and ad-hoc support (callouts) are available from Clearwater IT. Ad-hoc callouts are charged at a rate of £39 per hour and billing is available in 0.25hr increments. Monthly billing is available alongside on-going support contracts with no minimum term.
