Granite Transformations Case Study
Granite Transformations are a business spread across three key locations. They operate from a factory in St Annes and a high street showroom in Henleaze, both in Bristol, and a high street showroom in Bath.
Clearwater IT Services has supported the company since 2009 when they were located in a smaller factory and only had the showroom in Henleaze.
Services provided
Clearwater has managed and facilitated some key projects for Granite Transformations. From relocating to the larger factory and hardware upgrades through installing AV (Audio Visual) equipment for showroom displays to the design and implementation of a video conferencing solution across the three sites.
Clearwater also provides ad-hoc support for hardware and software that is key to the business, ensuring availability when it really matters.
How is IT support provided?
In most cases IT support is provided remotely using desktop access software. When site visits are required, Clearwater engineers are able to respond promptly and be on-site at any of the three locations within two hours. This helps to keep IT costs to a minimum for the business whilst providing a similar level of cover to that of having a full-time IT expert employed by the company.
