Coombe Garage Tyres are an established business based in Nailsea, North Somerset. They are a single-site operation with eight PCs (a mixture of desktops and laptops) and three servers.

How is IT support provided?
In most cases IT support is provided remotely using desktop access software. When site visits are required, Clearwater engineers are able to respond promptly and be on-site in Nailsea within two hours. This helps to keep IT costs to a minimum for the business whilst providing a similar level of cover to that of having a full-time IT expert employed by the company.
